Malolo in Samoa

Sept 22-28 2026

Samoa Eco Yoga Retreat
Malolo in Samoa

To Malolo means to rest deeply, to return to still waters within.

In the heart of Polynesia, Samoa invites you to soften—to slow your breath, quiet the mind, and remember the simple rhythm of being. Guided by Justine Davis and Hugh Lee, this retreat is a sanctuary for restoration and gentle renewal—a place to unwind the body, reset the nervous system, and awaken the peace that’s been waiting beneath the surface.

Rest. Reset. Reawaken.

The Offering

Malolo is a 7-day, 6-night journey into deep rest, cultural connection, and ocean-soaked renewal.

Throughout the week, a gentle rhythm of practices will be woven across mornings, afternoons, and evenings — Yoga Flow, Qi Gong, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and a Cacao Ceremony — each offered at different times to guide you into deeper layers of rest and presence.

A dedicated Mindfulness Workshop will serve as your take-home teaching, offering simple tools to weave calm and awareness into everyday life.

Beyond the practice space, immerse yourself in Samoan culture through a traditional Ava Ceremony, joyful Fiafia Night, and hands-on Umu cooking with locals.

Between these moments, swim in turquoise lagoons, visit the world-famous To Sua Ocean Trench, plant coral to help restore the reef, and journey to a nearby island where time slows and nature restores.

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, take notice, and remember the beauty of simply being.
