This is your time to pause, understand your changing body and consider how you want the next chapter to feel.

Daily Rhythm

Each day follows a spacious, unhurried rhythm.

Most mornings begin with Ocean Flow at 7am, followed by a nourishing breakfast. From there, you might set out on a beautiful hinterland hike, relax by the pool or move between the sauna and ice bath at your own pace.

One day will be dedicated to evidence-informed women’s wellness workshops, offering practical knowledge to support your health beyond the retreat.

Afternoons soften into deeply restorative Yin and Cranial work, followed by dinner at 6:30pm. As evening falls, we’ll gather around the fire pit—or simply enjoy the freedom to rest, connect and be.
