BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your place. Once you submit this form, you’ll be taken to our secure checkout to complete your deposit payment.
Within 48 hours of receiving your deposit, we’ll email your booking confirmation, payment schedule and further retreat information.
Payment plans are available. Please contact us if you would like to discuss an arrangement.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. Your policy must provide appropriate cover for overseas medical care, emergency evacuation, cancellation and the activities you intend to participate in.
CANCELLATIONS AND CREDITS
If you cancel between 45 and 60 days before the retreat start date, the amount you have paid may be transferred as a credit towards a future Eco Yoga Retreats retreat, up to the same value.
If you cancel 45 days or less before the retreat start date, all payments made will be forfeited.
The $500 booking deposit is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel a retreat up to 61 days before its scheduled start date. If we do so, participants will receive a full refund of payments made directly to Eco Yoga Retreats.
We may also need to change, postpone or cancel a retreat due to a natural disaster, severe weather, political unrest, government restrictions or another event beyond our reasonable control.
