Eco Yoga Retreats
Nature . Movement . Deep Rest

About the Event
Join us for Mana Moves — an uplifting afternoon celebrating community, culture, and connection while giving back to the children of Samoa.
Hosted at the beautiful Within Yoga Studio in South Yarra, the session flows through guided yoga and breathwork with Emma Strembickyj, Samoan Siva dance with Fipe Preuss of Living Koko, and an integration led by Justine Davis.
We’ll close with a heart-opening cacao ceremony featuring Living Koko’s organic Samoan cacao, honouring the spirit of Samoa and the shared power of community.
All proceeds support Lalomanu Primary School, providing phonics books, learning resources, school bags, and clothes for the children.
Meet the Team
The Mana Moves experience is guided by three women united by a love of movement, culture, and community. Together, they weave yoga, Samoan Siva, and cacao into a shared journey of connection and purpose.
Each facilitator brings her own unique gift — from Emma’s grounding yoga practice, to Fipe’s cultural storytelling through Siva and cacao, to Justine’s ocean-inspired guidance and heart for community.

Yoga Teacher
Emma Strembickyj
Emma Strembickyj is a beloved Melbourne yoga teacher and Lululemon Ambassador known for her grounded, heart-centred approach.
Her yoga journey began in her mid-20s after the birth of her two daughters, when she turned to yoga to heal from post-natal depression and an eating disorder. What started as a search for movement became a lifelong practice of transformation and teaching.
Trained at Byron Yoga Centre and later in India, Emma brings depth, compassion, and wisdom to every class — creating a space where students feel supported, seen, and inspired to reconnect with themselves.

Matai & Founder of Living Koko
Fipe Streuss
“I don’t come from a small island — I come from a vast ocean of connection.”
Fipe Preuss, founder of Living Koko, stands at the intersection of ancestral knowledge and modern impact. Her work goes far beyond chocolate — it’s about restoring memory, nurturing ethical trade, and creating spaces where culture, wellness, and community thrive.
A multidisciplinary artist, Fipe weaves storytelling, Pasifika movement, ceremony, and cacao into experiences that nourish the body and awaken the spirit. Rooted in a 200-year family legacy of cacao cultivation, she leads with a community-first approach, inviting people to reconnect with themselves, with culture, and with each other.
Living Koko is more than a business — it’s a movement for cultural empowerment, ecological responsibility, and shared abundance.

Yoga Teacher
Justine Davis
Justine Davis is a yoga teacher, retreat leader, and ocean lover whose work is rooted in connection — to self, to nature, and to culture.
Through her Eco Yoga Retreats in Samoa, she creates spaces where guests can slow down, breathe deeply, and immerse in the rhythm of nature and culture. Her classes blend mindful movement with oceanic calm — celebrating both the land and sea as teachers of presence and flow.
Justine’s mission is simple: to nurture calm, community, and cultural respect — one breath, one wave, and one retreat at a time.
